RETURNS

Returns are accepted only for the damaged products, on meeting certain conditions:

• Customers must record the Unboxing video of the product
• Product must be returned in the original packaging
• No tags should be removed from the product and it has not been worn by the customer anywhere

• Exchanges are only accepted for a wrong size or wrong product/design shipped by us.
• An unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange requests.
• Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags intact. Products with damaged or removed tags will not be accepted.
• ⁠Designs made specifically to the customer’s selection cannot be changed or exchanged due to change of mind or preference.
