Return Policy

At Godarc, every product is crafted with care and checked thoroughly before dispatch. We want you to love what you receive.

Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order:

Eligible for Return
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
If Unboxing video is provided.
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing us at godarcofficiall@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item.
Not Eligible for Return

Change of mind after purchase will not be accepted.
Size exchanges are available. We strongly recommend checking the size chart carefully before ordering.
Products that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned.

Return Process

If your order qualifies for a return, contact us at godarcoficiall.com 
Once approved, you will be guided through the return process.
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and issue a replacement or refund (as applicable).
 Additional Notes
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received was incorrect or faulty.
Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
Custom order 

Each piece is made only for you on special demand . So their is no return policy on custom order. Either no size change .
The size change only done if the customer got wrong size from our team.
