Embroidery variation

Embroidery is a thread-based manufacturing process. Minor differences in thread placement, stitch density, texture, colour, alignment, or finishing may occur between the product shown online and the final physical product.

Such minor variations are a natural characteristic of embroidery and do not automatically constitute a manufacturing defect.

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to products, embroidery techniques, thread colours, garment construction, or production methods where necessary to maintain product quality.

Product descriptions and availability may be changed or updated at any time.

3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability.

6. CUSTOM EMBROIDERY ORDERS

GODARC may offer custom embroidery and customer-specific artwork services.

For custom orders:

1. The customer is responsible for providing accurate artwork, references, text, names, measurements, and other required information.
2. Production may begin only after the required design details have been approved.
3. Once production or embroidery has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
4. Custom products may not be eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect size selection.
5. Additional charges may apply for artwork preparation, digitisation, customisation, or other specialised requirements.
6. Production timelines for custom products may differ from standard products.

Customers must ensure that they have the necessary rights or permissions to submit artwork, logos, characters, photographs, or other materials for custom production.

7. PRICES & TAXES

All prices displayed on the GODARC website are generally stated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

Product prices, discounts, promotions, and offers may change from time to time.

The price applicable to an order will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is successfully placed.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other charges may be displayed separately during checkout where applicable.

GODARC reserves the right to correct genuine pricing, technical, or calculation errors, including after an order has been submitted.

8. PAYMENTS

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways or payment service providers.

Customers are responsible for following the wash-care instructions provided with their GODARC products.

Improper care may damage the garment or embroidery.

• Bleaching

• Incorrect washing methods
• Direct ironing over embroidery
• Improper drying
• Other misuse or negligence

GODARC is not responsible for damage caused by failure to follow the recommended care instructions.

• Brand identity
• Original artwork
• Original embroidery artwork
• Product photographs
• Website graphics
• Product descriptions

• Designs
• Slogans
• Marketing materials

belongs to GODARC or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from GODARC’s original materials without prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership or a licence to GODARC’s intellectual property unless expressly stated otherwise.

15. THIRD-PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
