Our shipping policy is designed to give you clarity on how we process, package, and deliver your order — all while keeping your trust and satisfaction at the heart of everything.


🧵 1. Made to Order — Why Shipping Takes Time

Unlike fast-fashion brands, GODARC takes a quality-first approach.

Each t-shirt is custom embroidered after you place an order. Depending on the design’s complexity:

  • A basic design takes 3–4 hours

  • Larger or more detailed embroidery can take 6–8 hours or more per piece

Because of this detailed work, we require a processing period of 6–8 business days before we ship your order. This ensures you receive a product that’s crafted, not rushed.


📦 2. Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order is embroidered and quality-checked, it is dispatched using reliable courier services. You can expect delivery within:

  • 2–4 business days after dispatch

  • Total estimated delivery time: 8–10 business days

You will receive a tracking link via SMS/email once your order is shipped, so you can monitor your package in real-time.

No matter where you are — from Delhi to Darjeeling, Mumbai to Manipur — GODARC delivers across all regions in India.

We currently do not ship internationally, but are actively working toward expanding our delivery service to global anime and fashion fans.


💰 4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹1499

  • For orders below ₹1499, a small shipping fee will be applied and clearly shown at checkout

We occasionally run free shipping promotions, so stay connected on social media or subscribe to our email alerts.


🔎 5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves our facility, we’ll send you an email or SMS with a tracking number. You can click the tracking link to view live updates from the courier service.

If you don’t receive your tracking ID within 10 days, please reach out to our support team.

Although we do our best to meet delivery timelines, certain factors may cause unexpected delays, including:

  • Regional courier disruptions

  • Weather issues

  • Public holidays and festivals

  • Unforeseen embroidery backlogs during high-demand periods

In such cases, we’ll keep you informed via email or WhatsApp and ensure resolution with transparency.


🔁 7. Failed Deliveries & Re-attempts

If a courier fails to deliver due to:

  • Wrong/incomplete address

  • Customer not available

  • Rejection at the door

…the package will be returned to us. If you want the item reshipped:

  • Additional shipping fees may apply

  • Refunds (if requested) will exclude shipping costs
