At GODARC, we value your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. Since each item is custom-made and embroidered with care, we accept returns only under specific conditions.
🧾 Return Eligibility
We accept return or exchange requests only in the following cases:

You received a damaged product

You received a defective embroidery

You received the wrong product
If any of these apply, please email us at support@godarc.in within 48 hours of receiving the item with:

Order ID
-
Clear photos of the product (with issue visible)

Unboxing video (if possible)
🔄 Conditions for Return

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

Must be returned within 7 days of delivery

All tags and labels must be intact

Custom-size or personalized orders are not eligible for return
💸 Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

Refunds are issued within 7–10 working days after approval
🔁 Exchanges
If your item qualifies for a return and you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we are happy to offer an exchange (subject to product availability).

Orders placed with incorrect size or design choice
