At GODARC, we value your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. Since each item is custom-made and embroidered with care, we accept returns only under specific conditions.


🧾 Return Eligibility

We accept return or exchange requests only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a defective embroidery

  • You received the wrong product

If any of these apply, please email us at support@godarc.in within 48 hours of receiving the item with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos of the product (with issue visible)

  • Unboxing video (if possible)


🔄 Conditions for Return

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • Must be returned within 7 days of delivery

  • All tags and labels must be intact

  • Custom-size or personalized orders are not eligible for return


💸 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds are issued within 7–10 working days after approval


🔁 Exchanges

If your item qualifies for a return and you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we are happy to offer an exchange (subject to product availability).


❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn or washed items

  • Orders placed with incorrect size or design choice

  • Custom-embroidered or made-to-order pieces unless damaged/defective
